Siena

Siena is located off of South Orchard Road and east of Tower Road in Aurora. Residents love this neighborhood because of its spacious homesites and custom detailing in the homes. Many homes in the area offer invisible fencing, with some featuring distinctive wrought iron fences.

Siena offers broad expanses of open space, two neighborhood parks with a basketball court, a picnic area, and a children’s playground for a true sense of community with an emphasis on families and children. Many of the homes back to open space and it’s only a short commute to light rail or E-470 for comfortable drives to Denver International Airport.

Residents take great pride in home ownership with manicured lawns and well-kept homes. Most homes range in size from about 2,900 to 4,800 finished square feet with three-car garages. You will also find homes with brick, rock, or stucco exteriors and well-appointed kitchens featuring granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and luxurious master baths.
